Inevitably we get offered property deals on a daily basis coming from the large property network that Mike has established and these are carefully and diligently considered.
The vast majority are rejected but obviously some are investable and we take these forward.
They vary in size from £50,000 residential investments to multi million pound commercial portfolios but our bread and butter deals are residential apartments where we can purchase the entire development.
Residential properties let on regulated residential tenancy agreements, assured tenancies and assured shorthold tenancies are also considered.
We welcome these deals, happily pay commissions to estate agents and other introducers and give prompt decisions.
